Job Title: Drayman Location: Camino Kings Cross, London Job Type: Full-time About Us: At Camino Kings Cross, we bring the spirit of Spain to the heart of London! To keep our drinks flowing smoothly, we're on the lookout for a dedicated and reliable Drayman to join our team. The Role: As a Drayman, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our bar operations run seamlessly by handling the delivery, movement, and maintenance of our beer kegs, stock, and cellar equipment. You’ll be the backbone of our beverage service, ensuring that our customers always get the perfect pint! Key Responsibilities: -Keg & Barrel Handling – Safely transport and position beer kegs from storage to the bar, replacing empty ones efficiently. -Stock Management – Organize, rotate, and maintain stock levels to ensure we never run dry. -Cellar Maintenance – Keep the beer cellar clean, organized, and temperature-controlled for optimum storage conditions. -Beer Line Cleaning – Assist in regular cleaning of beer lines to maintain the highest quality draught service. -Gas Management – Handle CO₂ and nitrogen cylinders, ensuring correct setup and safe storage. -Basic Equipment Checks – Monitor and report any issues with beer pumps, taps, or cooling systems. -General maintenance - Help to keep the well being of the bar and restaurant. -Team Support – Work closely with the bar and management team to keep things running smoothly. What We’re Looking For: -Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but full training will be provided. -Ability to lift and move heavy kegs safely. -A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. -A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. -Understanding of cellar operations and beer line maintenance (preferred but not essential). -Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
