Head Chef - The Cellar

We are a private members club and we are looking for part time chef/cook to join our small galley team to service our members mainly weekends, we would look to you order stock and ensure all paperwork done correctly. You will need to have level 2 or obtain it before starting

We are family run Italian restaurant based on the Leigh-on-Sea and we are looking for a highly professional chef with a experience to know all the aspects of the Italian cuisine, meats, pasta and pizza, Very good rates of pay for the right candidate . This is a full time position .

The Cellar Leigh on Sea, an exciting and authentic Spanish restaurant located in Leigh on sea Southend, is looking for a skilled and creative Chef to lead our kitchen and craft unforgettable dishes inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Spain. 🔪 What You’ll Do: Plan and prepare traditional Spanish dishes (e.g., paella, tapas, etc.) Develop seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients Manage kitchen staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Maintain consistency, flavor, and presentation in every dish Innovate while respecting tradition 👨‍🍳 Requirements: Proven experience as a chef, preferably in Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine Knowledge of classic Spanish recipes, regional flavors, and ingredients Ability to lead a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for food Culinary degree or equivalent training is a plus
