Hi We have a Vacaancy for a CDP working night shift/ early morning shifts. The location is 5 min walk from Earlsfield station. No late evenings and apt for someone who is tired working late nights in hospitality. We are an airline caterer and we cater fine dinning food to private jets and celebrities flying out of UK. This is a temporary position; however, if we are impressed with your work, there is potential for a permanent role as the Head Chef once the restaurant is established. Key Responsibilities: Develop and create a diverse and exciting menu focused on wok-based dishes that blend traditional and contemporary flavors. Formulate original recipes, ensuring a high standard of taste, presentation, and consistency. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to finalize the menu and make necessary adjustments based on feedback. Ensure all recipes comply with food safety and sanitation regulations. Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on the preparation and presentation of new dishes. Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the menu. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Wok Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant. Expertise in wok cooking techniques and a deep understanding of Asian cuisine. Creativity and passion for developing unique and flavorful recipes. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse kitchen team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Also, to work as part of the wider hotel, team to promote a positive image of the Hotel at all times, liaising with other departments when necessary • Ensure that the 4-star standard of the hotel is consistently achieved and maintained. • Attend any training courses/sessions required Ensure yourself and all staff have correct Knowledge of food allergens and dietary requirements and the procedures we follow as outlined in the hotel employee hand book. We have an extensive Italian menu with our own recipes which are all developed from scratch using fresh ingredients each day, so preparation is a key role within our business.
