The Head Chef is the driving force behind service — leading from the front, executing dishes to exact brand standards, and ensuring every order leaves the kitchen fast, consistent, and on point.
At Urban Maki, we are not looking for menu creators — we are looking for operators. This role is about precision, consistency, and leadership in a high-volume dark kitchen environment, delivering street sushi and hot kitchen dishes exactly as designed.
You will be fully supported by the Executive Chef and Operations Team. Your mission is simple: execute the food, lead the team, and run a tight kitchen.
