We are looking for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our team. The role involves safe and timely deliveries, vehicle checks, and compliance with Driver hours and road regulations.
Requirements:
- You must have a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 years’ experience.
- In date Driver CPC & holder of Digital Tachograph Card.
- We need individuals to be flexible and have an adaptable work ethic, as start times and shift times will differ day to day.
- You must be reliable with a professional attitude.
In return you will receive:
- £1k (pro-rata if applicable) retention bonus payable after 8 months
- A base day rate of £16.44ph
- A base hourly rate of £18.72ph between the hours of 1900-0500
- Over time will be available and paid at 1.25 (after minimum hours worked)
- Modern vehicles – we boast a full fleet of 74 plate trucks.
- 45 minute unpaid break each day
- Occasional night outs will be available if desired
