Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Carer to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. Duties

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
  • Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely are preferred
  • Good understanding of care plans and ability to adapt support accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining documentation and reporting incidents accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
  • Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
