What you'll be doing as a Caravan Door Host: • You'll be delivering our 'Caravan of Love' style of customer experience by working with the rest of the team, • You'll be the first point of contact to welcome our customers to enjoy our 'well-travelled' food and drink, which is inspired by flavours from our founders' native New Zealand, as well as their global travels., • You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills, • You'll take ownership of your role and thrive in a busy restaurant Caravan Values We live by 4 core values. A little about this role: • A vital support to the operations of the restaurants, • Supporting the day to day running of the restaurant and most importantly, the door, • Being the first person our customers interact with giving them that Granger welcome, • Where applicable, managing the booking system especially with large events, • Managing our virtual queue and making sure every customer feels special.
