A previous experience as Gelatiere/ice cream maker is a huge plus and will considerably top up your salary . Salary are considerably higher then average for the business. You need to be able to produce huge quantity of home made gelatos and sorbets with the best precision and efficiency. Also keep up with the stock and receive suppliers delivery .
