You’ll be working with a range of Conti, on-demand grinders, Puq press and batch brew machinery, so will need to be comfortable calibrating grinders, managing workflow, and prioritising drinks as they come in. Whilst this remains your primary job role, from time to time you may also need to support other operations within the business including but not limited to the roles of Bartender, Kitchen Porter, Host or Barista.
