We are seeking experienced Support Workers/Keyworkers to join our team. This role requires availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, including day and night shifts (typically 09:30 am to 17:30 pm and 17:30 pm to 09:30 am). You will also provide vital outreach support within the community.
L.A.S.H.A is a dedicated supported accommodation provider, empowering young people leaving care to develop the skills and independence needed for self-sufficiency.
Our commitment to safeguarding the well-being of young people is paramount. Therefore, successful candidates will be required to complete a comprehensive application form detailing their full work and educational history. Additionally, a minimum of five years' worth of employment references will be required (covering any periods of employment).
This position is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year's relevant experience and hold a valid Level 3 or above qualification in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification focused on children and young people). Please note: A Level 3 Health & Social Care (Adults) qualification does not meet the specific requirements for this role.
