This is a varied hospitality role combining elements of waiting, barista work and bartending. Depending on your experience and the needs of the shift, you may be serving tables, making coffees, preparing drinks behind the bar or supporting the wider team. What we’re looking for • Friendly, approachable and confident with guests., • Reliable and punctual., • Comfortable working as part of a team., • Able to stay calm and organised during busy periods., • Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities., • Good communication skills., • An interest in food, coffee, cocktails and hospitality., • Comfortable working evenings and weekends where required. Previous experience in restaurants, bars or cafés is helpful but not essential. Barista, cocktail or waiting experience is particularly welcome, and training can be provided in areas you are less familiar with.
