Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and blend dressings based on standardized recipes and portion guidelines., • Ensure accurate measuring and mixing of ingredients., • Operate blenders and mixing equipment safely and efficiently, • Pour and package dressings into containers for delivery to stores., • Label all containers accurately with product name, date, and batch information., • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times., • Monitor stock levels of dressing ingredients and report shortages., • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times., • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries as needed., • Communicate with the Kitchen Manager regarding production needs, issues, or improvements.
