We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is keen to develop their culinary skills, with opportunities to progress into a Salad Chef or Chef role through training and experience. Key Skills and Attributes: • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the kitchen team., • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Kitchen Managers, Chefs, and colleagues., • A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety., • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure., • Good time management and organisational skills., • Understanding of, or willingness to learn, food hygiene, health and safety, and kitchen procedures., • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, carry out manual handling tasks, and work during busy service periods., • Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays., • A dependable team player who can follow instructions and support the wider kitchen team., • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
