Chor Bazaarr Restaurant & Bar is looking for a diligent and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, work surfaces, floors, and storage areas to high hygiene standards.
- Assisting with the unloading, receiving, and appropriate storage of deliveries.
- Managing waste disposal and recycling throughout the kitchen.
- Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and maintain excellent standards of cleanliness.
