Chor Bazaarr Restaurant & Bar is looking for a diligent and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: • Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans., • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, work surfaces, floors, and storage areas to high hygiene standards., • Assisting with the unloading, receiving, and appropriate storage of deliveries., • Managing waste disposal and recycling throughout the kitchen., • Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required., • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. We are looking for someone who is: • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items., • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic., • Able to follow instructions accurately and maintain excellent standards of cleanliness.
