Baker Sous Chef Production Site (SW8) 5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. We are currently looking for Baker Sous Chef to join the brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea. This role involves assisting in various aspects of production, including preparing fillings, assembling empanadas, making dough, and producing empanada discs using a Rondo machine. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing fillings and assembling empanadas. Ensure product quality and consistency. Conduct quality control checks on the products and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Make dough and prepare empanada discs. Requirements: Previous experience in food production (preferred).
