As a Chef you are the person who manages your kitchen section and contributes to the day-to-day operation of the kitchen alongside the Ramen Chef and Head Ramen Chef. We are looking for an experienced breakfast chef to cover a 6 week holiday for a coffee shop / cafe a easy kitchen set up. Shifts are a mixture with two/three weekdays off and working times are 7am - 5pm weekdays with a break and 9.30am - 5.30pm / 6pm.
