What You'll Bring • We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who knows their way around a kitchen and has a genuine passion for great pizza and food quality., • You'll have previous experience leading a kitchen team in a Delivery Kitchen, delivery-focused kitchen or high-volume takeaway environment., • Strong pizza-making experience is essential., • You'll be comfortable leading and developing a small team of chefs., • Be highly organised, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently at all times., • Have a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to identify challenges and take ownership of resolving them., • Lead by example, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere within the team., • Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining Franco Manca's quality standards., • Possess strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and health & safety compliance.
