Role snapshot: We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to run our door-drop teams. You’ll coordinate people and routes, drive between sites, and step in on rounds when needed to keep campaigns on schedule and to standard. What you’ll be doing • Brief, organise and supervise small field teams., • Plan routes, allocate Leaflets and keep accurate counts/records., • Carry out quality checks (one per household, no missed streets) and resolve issues on the spot., • Support posting where required., • Communicate clearly with the office and submit simple end-of-shift reports., • Maintain a professional approach and safe working practices., • Early starts as campaigns require. What you’ll need • Proven ability to lead small teams in the field., • Strong map reading/orientation and excellent organisation., • Positive attitude and solid communication skills. Good to have • Scheduling or route-planning experience., • Local area knowledge and a practical, can-do mindset.
