We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about early childhood education, committed to making a meaningful difference in young lives, and eager to foster positive learning experiences. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children's development and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Support children’s learning through personalised care and tailored educational strategies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and independence.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform future planning and reporting.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Manage daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor play sessions efficiently.
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all children in your care.
  • Contribute to the organisation’s continuous improvement by participating in team meetings and professional development activities.

Experience:
We are looking for candidates with practical experience in a nursery or pre-school setting, including:

  • Working effectively as part of a nursery team.
  • Practical knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
  • Observing and assessing children's development.
  • Writing learning journeys or progress reports.
  • Supporting school readiness.
  • Key person experience.
  • Working closely with parents.
