Our private dining space is available to hire for any occasion from breakfast and lunch through to dinner and evening receptions. This stunning art deco room accommodates up to 22 guests at a single long table, 24 guests at four round tables, or 30 guests for standing receptions. We are looking for a talented and charismatic Waiter / Waitress to join the team at Brasserie of Light. When The Pegasus Room isn't reserved for private events, it serves as an extension of our main dining area. In such cases, you would be integrated into our Front of House team, managing a section within our restaurant alongside our waiters and waitresses. Flexibility is key in this role, as there are times when last-minute events may be booked, affecting work schedules. We are looking for a waiter/waitress that is wanting part or full time work and who is committed to the job at hand. Part time for us is 3-4shifts/15-20 hours, but we can be quite flexible! Full time is 7 shifts split over 5 days (35-40 hours). Salary is £16 per hour split between service charge and base salary.
