Key Responsibilities
- Analyse digital marketing, website, customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research to support the company's marketing and commercial strategy.
- Plan, monitor and evaluate digital campaigns across search engines, social media, email and other online channels.
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and advertising platforms to monitor traffic, conversions and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, customer acquisition, conversion rates and return on marketing investment.
- Identify customer purchasing patterns and provide recommendations to improve promotional campaigns and product marketing.
- Carry out keyword, audience and competitor analysis to support SEO and paid advertising activities.
- Work with management to develop data-driven marketing strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
- Monitor market developments and emerging digital trends relevant to the retail food and beverage sector.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements based on research and performance data.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, paid advertising and social media.
- Experience using digital analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into practical commercial recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management and other team members.
