We are seeking an experienced Mechanic & MOT Tester to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections, servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs to the highest standard, ensuring all vehicles are safe and roadworthy. Applicants must hold a valid MOT testing licence, have strong mechanical knowledge, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient service, and we are looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team. The Role: We are looking for an experienced mechanic who is confident in all aspects of mechanical work, including diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and MOT preparations. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Performing diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and MOT preparations on a wide range of vehicles, • Identifying and rectifying faults, • Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard, • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, • Providing excellent customer service Requirements: • Proven experience as a mechanic, • Confidence in all aspects of mechanical work, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Excellent attention to detail, • Full UK driving license Hours: • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, • Every other Saturday, 9am to 2pm Salary: 35-65k • Dependent on experience To Apply: If you are a skilled and experienced mechanic looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
