We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and their devices are returned in optimal working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues.
- Perform repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other component-level fixes.
- Conduct software updates, data transfers, and data recovery as needed.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of technical issues and repair solutions to customers.
- Manage repair workflow, track parts inventory, and maintain accurate service records.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology and repair techniques.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a mobile phone technician or in a similar electronics repair role.
- Strong knowledge of various mobile phone brands and operating systems (iOS, Android).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
