We are currently looking for a Multi-Trader for London, East and South East, to carry out maintenance work for various projects in this area. You will be working on predominately New build and occupied houses carrying out maintenance and repairs in: Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling, Painting, Decorating, etc. The role is mainly working alone but you must also be able to work with a team when required.
· Full UK clean driving licence required
· All Rounder experience is essential
. Must be over 25 years old
· You will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, cards CSCS
· Have excellent H & S knowledge
· Have a DBS check or willing to have one.
Company Van will be provided.
(In order to drive a Company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK manual driving licence and be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.)
The role of Multi-Trade Operative will include:
- Identifying issues, rectifying, and following instructions laid out in job sheets.
- To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation. Recent experience of undertaking a multi trade role is essential.
- Work to deadlines and prioritise tasks is essential.
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications including valid and in date driving licence. Copies will not be accepted.
