Role Description We are looking for a Self-Employed Hair Stylist to join Neréa on a chair-rental basis. Chair rental is £450 per week and includes: • Styling chair and mirror, • Backwash facilities, • Hair products, • Use of the salon workspace and facilities, • No commission taken from your earnings You will manage your own clients, appointments and income while operating independently from the Neréa studio. For the right person, there may also be an opportunity after approximately 12 months to discuss further progression with Neréa, including the possibility of operating a future salon or franchise location. Any such opportunity would be based on performance and subject to separate agreement. We are looking for an experienced, confident and reliable Lash & Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The Role You will provide a range of treatments while delivering the high standard of service and attention to detail our clients expect. Treatments may include: • Eyelash extensions, • Lash lifts, • Brow treatments, • Additional beauty and skin treatments depending on your experience and training You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent hygiene standards, preparing your treatment area, completing client consultations and aftercare, and helping create a welcoming experience for every client. Weekend Availability Regular availability on both Saturdays and Sundays is essential for this position. As weekends are an important part of our business, applicants must be comfortable working a fair share of both Saturday and Sunday shifts as part of their regular rota. We understand the importance of work-life balance and aim to provide a fair and predictable rota. Weekend time off can still be requested in advance, subject to adequate studio coverage, but we are specifically looking for someone who can reliably contribute to both weekend days.
