As a Brow and Beauty Expert your missions will be as follows: • Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager making connections with customers demonstrating products., • Brow services - Waxing Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments., • Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met., • Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events., • Administration- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration. • Dynamic enthusiastic, • Passion for make-up and Retail, • Result-oriented who likes a challenge -Flexible availability including weekends late nights Bank holidays and holiday periods. • Minimum 6 months retail experience Bold Brows and even Bolder Opportunities as a Brow and Beauty Expert!
