About The Role We are looking for a talented nail technician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, provide excellent customer service, deliver high quality nail treatment and versatile in nail arts/designs in a professional and welcoming environment. Responsibilities • Perform a variety of nail treatment such as manicure, pedicure, gel, biab, acrylic and nail art application to a high standard., • Keep up to date with nail trend and techniques., • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work station., • Ensure clients receive an exceptional salon experience., • Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client engagement and sales., • Manage appointment schedule efficiently to maximise wait time and optimise client flow. Requirements • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon environment, • Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential, • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively., • Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice., • Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour., • Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cosmetic treatments., • Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality results for each client .
