What will I be doing? - Ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly. - Leading shifts and taking ownership in the absence of the Head Chef. - Adhering to the highest standards, including cleanliness and organising deep cleans. - Training the team alongside the Head Chef. - Completing all prep as required and taking responsibility for your workstation. - Work collaboratively in a team alongside the wider team.
