Hi we are looking for someone to help with our busy sandwich and cold food production. Based in Canary Wharf we offer sensible working hours and great atmosphere in a small team. The hours are from 7.30 until finishing with some evening work and occasional weekend. £13ph and plenty of hours available.
Sales Administrator Join our vibrant team of 4 office staff at this busy event catering company. We are small but bespoke with some very prestigious clients and venues looking for the right candidate with a passion for food. Some experience in hospitality would be great but is not essential. We are looking for an individual with outstanding organisation and communication to become our new sales administrator. The role includes the management of incomingenquiries, preparing quotations and guiding our clients through the booking process. The sales administration position requires a confident telephone manner, experience in customer service and excellent computer skills. Your duties will include: • Provide general assistance to the sales team • Process client information on our dedicated booking system (training provided) • Input data into spreadsheets • Carrying out general clerical duties • Answer client queries over the phone in a professional and engaging manner • Outstanding written and verbal communication • Familiar with managing word documents and spreadsheets. Daily deliveries to our Central London clients. Start about 7-8am and assume finishing 3-4pm. Weekly rota supplied and plenty of over time available. Must be fit and healthy as this can be demanding work. Our vehicles range from small, to medium and large refrigerated van. Easy to drive and fully insured. You will need to be over 25 years old and hold a clean UK driving licence. We pay hourly £13.00 and this maybe negotiable at a later stage. Contact Tom for an immediate interview and trial shift. My Neighbours the Dumplings is a family-run business with 2 local neighbourhood restaurants in East London, specialising in hand-made dumplings and dim sum style dishes made from scratch in-house. We originally started out as a successful pop-up before opening our first restaurant in lower Clapton in 2016. In Summer 2019 we opened our second restaurant in the heart of Victoria Park village. What we do: Offering a selection of dumplings and small plates served family-style to share. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: We are looking for an experienced (minimum 1 year in similar role) and ambitious Junior Sous Chef. The right candidate has a passion for leading a team through guidance and training. You should have passion for food and showcasing great ingredients. This is a Production based role, you will be supporting the Head and Sous Chef.
