This site will start last week of January and ends in June. Training will be given to all applicants .If you have experience on construction is a bonus ,good rates paid for the right applicants , rates start with national minimum wage and up.

Painter / Workshop Helper Needed – West London (Near White City, NW10 6RT) We’re setting up a new 300m² workshop and need one or two people to help paint the space. The work includes painting walls white and some floor areas. Speed and energy matter more than perfect finish. Spray-painting experience is a big advantage, and your own spray machine is preferred. You don’t need to be a professional painter, but you must be good with your hands and confident using basic tools. If you have general DIY or light carpentry skills, we may extend the work for up to two weeks. You will work alongside PV electricians and battery installers on residential renewable installations. Key Responsibilities • Install solar mounting systems (rails, hooks, fixings), • Fit solar panels safely and efficiently, • Weatherproof and ensure proper roof sealing, • Assist with running DC cables to inverter locations, • Perform quality checks and follow health and safety standards, • Liaise with electricians for system integration Requirements • Experience with domestic roofing, • Understanding of solar PV mounting systems (preferred), • Ability to work safely at height, • Own tools and transport, • CSCS beneficial but not essential
