Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial pastry kitchen. • Strong experience in producing high-quality desserts, cakes, and pastries at scale. • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop junior staff. • Fluent English-speaking ability is essential. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Passionate about innovation and creativity in pastry.
