We’re looking for a full-time Pick & Pack Operative to join our friendly and professional logistics team here at Fusion Fulfilment a fast-growing order fulfilment business based in Newbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Quality check products and ensure proper packaging
- Process shipments and prepare dispatch labels
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
- Follow health and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Great attention to detail
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse or pick & pack experience is a plus (but not essential)
What We Offer
- 3 months probation period
- Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday)
