The ideal candidate will possess a great attitude, proven experience managing a team, and a track record of producing high-quality pizza and other dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role involves expertly juggling dine-in, take-away, and delivery orders. You must demonstrate the ability to work cleanly and efficiently, as well as the skill to train and develop a team to ensure consistent quality and standards, whether you are present in the kitchen or not.
