Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and inspiring the team to achieve culinary excellence. Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and cooking.
Supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment while providing leadership and guidance.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with the Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Manage inventory and food production processes, optimizing resources for efficiency.
Train and mentor team members, enhancing their culinary skills and restaurant experience. Requirements: Great understanding of products and ingredients
5+ years of working in a professional kitchen
Must be prepared to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays & events
Food hygiene Level 2 certificate required
