Looking for an experienced chef for a South American restaurant in Battersea specialising in traditional open fire meat. 48 hours a week. Must have experience with open fire grill. Must be eligible to work in UK.

Full time kitchen porter needed for a restaurant group whick currently holds three sites (Marble Arch, Battersea and Tower bridge). The ideal kitchen porter will be ready to cover shifts across the three restaurants and be able to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends. Earliest start is 11am and latest finish around 11pm. NO CASH IN HAND. you will be regularly on the payroll.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. 6. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. 7. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager. 8. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service. 9. Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and management regarding any issues or concerns. Requirements: 1. Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably as a prep cook or similar role. 2. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles. 3. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 6. Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 7. Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
