Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Podcast Presenter / Host to lead our new podcast series. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with our audience through insightful and entertaining conversations. Responsibilities: - Hosting: Serve as the primary host for the podcast, conducting interviews, leading discussions, and ensuring a seamless flow of each episode. - Content Creation : develop and plan podcast episode topics that align with Aesthetics Today's brand and audience interests. - Guest Coordination : Identify, invite, and schedule guests for interviews, ensuring a diverse and engaging line-up of industry experts, influencers, and thought leaders. - Research: Conduct thorough research on episode topics and guests to prepare insightful questions and discussion points. - Recording: Oversee the recording process, ensuring high-quality audio and a professional presentation. - Editing Oversight: Work closely with the editing team to review and finalise episodes, providing feedback to maintain content quality and consistency. - Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote episodes across various platforms and engage with the audience through social media and other channels. - Audience Engagement : Foster a connection with listeners, responding to feedback, and incorporating audience suggestions into future episodes. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse podcast performance metrics, using insights to improve content and grow the audience. Requirements: - Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills. - Strong research and interviewing skills. - Ability to engage and captivate an audience. - Familiarity with audio recording and editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) is a plus. - Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and compelling content ideas. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Passion for beauty and aesthetics. - A proactive and collaborative approach to working with a team.
