Bar Operations: ○ Complete opening procedures at the start of the shift, ensuring the bar is fully ready for service by opening time. ○ Ensure the bar is ready for peak periods, with all stations set up, fully stocked appropriately and batch recipes prepared as needed (if required). ○ Inform the manager of any unavailable items or issues that arise during service. ○ Maintain a tidy and organized workspace throughout the shift, adhering to cleanliness standards. ○ Perform end-of-shift close down duties, including cleaning all utensils, coffee machine, glass washer, stocking up, dating and organizing the bar area. ○ Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper labeling procedures for refrigerated/opened items. ○ Complete daily checklists and comply with site policies and procedures. Product Knowledge: ○ Have full knowledge of all beverages, including wines, cocktails, and other drinks. ○ Understand and properly use all bar equipment, from coffee machines to cocktail tools. ○ Be aware of allergen information for each menu item and ensure guests are informed if needed. ○ Prepare cocktails and hot beverages to the company’s set standards and recipes. ○ Adhere to the company’s Health and Safety Policy and maintain confidentiality where required. Service Standards: ○ Maintain proper stock rotation and ensure stock security, reporting any missing items immediately. ○ Log all wastage and report any issues with stock to the Head bartender or upper management. ○ Never leave the bar unattended, and treat the bar’s stock responsibly, maintaining its integrity.

Overall responsibilities: ○ To ensure all kitchen surfaces (and floors) and kept clean, sanitized and organised at all times. ○ To collect, wash and dry all cooking utensils, tools, pots, pans, tableware, glassware, etc. ○ To maintain a tidy kitchen/working section during your shift and being thoughtful of those working in the following shift. ○ Ensuring the rubbish bins are emptied and taken out in a timely manner to avoid clutter. Health, Safety and Hygiene ○ Support completing company checklists diligently and in a timely manner. ○ To ensure that all health & safety policies, hygiene processes and company systems are followed – you are responsible to flag anything that could affect yours or another team member’s (or customer’s) wellbeing to your manager immediately. ○ To ensure that all food/ingredients stock is managed following a FIFO (first in first out) system.

Overall Responsibilities: - Become fully knowledgeable on all recipe cards and service standards. - Maintain your section in order, always clean and fully stocked up. - Support Management team with Food Safety requirements from the accepting deliveries, storing, preparing, and serving food. Ensure that Food Safety and Hygiene practices within the kitchen are of the highest’s standards. - Help to create a family feeling in the restaurant by communicating and building great relationship with FOH and BOH teams. - Ensure that sections and other kitchen areas are deep cleaned on a regular basis and recordings been made accordingly. - Support all management team in any areas where needed. - Report for your shift so that you are ready to work the moment that your shift time starts, wearing clean uniform and looking presentable.
