We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement and Purchasing Manager to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of goods, equipment, and services for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to negotiate competitive pricing, manage supplier relationships, and implement procurement strategies that deliver measurable cost savings while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement policies and procedures.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms.
- Lead end-to-end purchasing activities including supplier selection, tendering, and contract management.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to inform decision-making.
- Manage procurement budgets and deliver year-on-year cost efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legislation.
- Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Sound knowledge of HSE compliance, risk management, and international trade regulations.
- Leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring a team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree desirable).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management roles.
