We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement and Purchasing Manager to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of goods, equipment, and services for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to negotiate competitive pricing, manage supplier relationships, and implement procurement strategies that deliver measurable cost savings while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic procurement policies and procedures., • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms., • Lead end-to-end purchasing activities including supplier selection, tendering, and contract management., • Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to inform decision-making., • Manage procurement budgets and deliver year-on-year cost efficiencies., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory management., • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legislation., • Required Skills and Competencies, • Strong negotiation and contract management skills., • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities., • High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail., • Advanced proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications., • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Sound knowledge of HSE compliance, risk management, and international trade regulations., • Leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring a team. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree desirable)., • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management roles.
