    Job Title: Operations Assistant We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across the business. Your tasks will include sourcing staff, preparing schedules, handling quotes, writing risk assessments and method statements, managing team information, and overseeing equipment orders. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and an ability to work efficiently and independently. Key Responsibilities: Staff Sourcing & Scheduling: Source and recruit suitable staff for various projects, ensuring that skillsets align with project requirements. Write and manage project schedules, ensuring staff are assigned appropriately and work hours are tracked. Communicate with all team members and provide full project summaries ahead of each project 2. Quote Preparation & Project Information Management: Populate project details through site visits with the Company founder and prepare proposals and quotes for prospective projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Liaise with relevant teams to ensure quotes are consistent with project scope and requirements. 3. Risk Assessments & Method Statements: Write clear and detailed risk assessments and method statements for projects to ensure safety compliance and efficient execution. Regularly review and update risk assessments as needed to reflect changes in project scope or procedures. 4. Team Information Management: Maintain up-to-date team information, including security passes, HR documents, and certifications, ensuring compliance with company policies. Manage personnel files and ensure that necessary documentation is in place for smooth project execution. 5. Equipment Management: Log and track all project-related equipment, ensuring proper inventory management. Order and arrange for the procurement of necessary tools and equipment as required by the projects. Understanding of Electronic Lifts and Platforms would be beneficial Skills & Qualifications: Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Knowledge of risk assessments and method statements in project management Prior experience in an operations or project coordination role is preferred, ideally from a construction, buildings or facilities background Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with team and project information . Working Hours: Full-time, with 3 days a week based at the studio in North West London. Some weekend working may be required from time to time.
