What You Bring to the Table • Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management specifically within an Agile team., • AI Ownership: 2+ years of demonstrated work experience with agentic products., • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience owning and executing complex product roadmaps from inception to launch., • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Jira and Confluence; ability to hold technical discussions with engineers regarding API architecture and data schemas., • Analytical Rigor: Strong experience with design-thinking principles and utilizing user analytics to drive iteration., • Growth Mindset: Experience working in a high-growth Series B startup environment, demonstrating the ability to build scalable processes while remaining adaptable.
