**Job Description: **
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Professional Baker/Halwai to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of traditional Pakistani sweets, confectionery, and cakes that exemplify our commitment to quality and authenticity.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Prepare and create a variety of traditional Pakistani sweets, confectionery, and cakes following traditional recipes and techniques.
- Ensure the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation in all sweets and baked goods.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and offerings that resonate with our customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies.
- Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff as needed.
**Qualifications: ** - Proven experience as a Baker/Halwai with a specialization in Pakistani sweets, confectionery, and cakes.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Pakistani baking techniques and recipes.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing treats.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
