Our model: Bill £100k and retain £70,000. Earnings are entirely performance-driven, without ceiling.

Who You Are
We are seeking polished, motivated professionals who can bring expertise and gravitas to their sector.
You will have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in 360° recruitment.
- Proven billing performance and business development skills.
- Confidence in managing client relationships at a senior level.
- Familiarity with ATS (Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft), HRIS, or Salesforce (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
