Earning Comparison: Traditional agency: £35,000 base + 10% commission = ~£45,000 on £100k billings. Our model: Bill £100k and retain £70,000. Who You Are We are seeking polished, motivated professionals who can bring expertise and gravitas to their sector. You will have: • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in 360° recruitment., • Proven billing performance and business development skills., • Confidence in managing client relationships at a senior level., • Familiarity with ATS (Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft), HRIS, or Salesforce (preferred)., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset., • Your Career, Reimagined, • Engagement type: Self-employed (Freelance)., • Income: OTE of £70,000+ (based on £100k billings)., • Schedule: Monday to Friday, remote-first.
