Laid Back Removals is looking for reliable removal drivers with their own large van to carry out residential and small business moves across London.
The role includes loading and unloading furniture, protecting items with moving blankets and wrap, and delivering a calm, professional service to customers. Drivers are responsible for arriving on time, leading the move on site, and ensuring items are transported safely.

Driver Requirements
- Own a large van suitable for removals (LWB preferred)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Confident driving across London
- Physically fit and able to handle furniture
- Reliable, punctual and professional with customers
- Great customer service and communication skills
Additional Information
Work is flexible and based on bookings. Reliable drivers are prioritised for more work. Payments are sent every Sunday. Drivers keep all tips when working alone. If a helper is present, tips are typically shared.
Driver Earnings (Typical Jobs)
- Short Move (Up to 2 hours): £80 per job - multiple jobs may be completed per day.
- Half Day (Up to 4 hours): £120–£140
- Full Day (Up to 8 hours): £200–£220
