Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and tactfully, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue. Requirements: Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail selections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.
