Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager who will act as the General Manager for our vibrant restaurant in Covent Garden, London. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong operational skills, and a commitment to excellence. The position requires availability during weekends and evenings. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, while managing performance and fostering a positive team environment. Act as the General Manager, overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including inventory management and health & safety compliance. Ensure smooth service during peak hours, particularly on weekends and evenings, maintaining company policies and standards.
