Job Overview: As the L&D Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the company's goals. You’ll work closely with various teams to assess training needs, create tailored learning solutions, and support the development of a high-performing workforce. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a company-wide L&D strategy that supports business objectives and promotes employee growth. Identify learning needs through collaboration with department heads and stakeholders, conducting assessments to pinpoint skill gaps. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives. Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality training experiences. Stay updated on industry trends and new learning technologies to continuously improve L&D offerings. Foster a learning culture across the organization, encouraging ongoing professional development. Measure the impact of L&D initiatives through feedback, performance metrics, and other key indicators. Partner with HR to support onboarding programs, talent management, and succession planning. Coach and mentor managers and employees on career development and leadership skills. Requirements: Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role, ideally within a corporate or fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple L&D initiatives simultaneously. Experience in implementing digital learning platforms and technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring the effectiveness of learning programs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at REMOLI in Westfield Stratford. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Tasks include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing creative ideas for menu development. The Sous Chef will work closely with the culinary team to deliver exquisite pasta dishes and uphold REMOLI's culinary standards.
