Apple Butter is a new local 75-cover café concept opening in Oxford Circus in end of February, Open from 8-9pm serving all day breakfasts, comforting sandwiches, light bites, salads and Instagram Mable desserts. Speciality coffee will be a focus and takeaway will be offered. The ideal Head Barista/Barista will ideally have: - previous experience working as a Barista in a café or coffee shop - bags of personality - latte art and skills - bean knowledge - grinder set up and quality control Benefits: - pension scheme - uniform will be provided - meals on duty - 28 days holiday - staff discount The Barista will work 5 days a week. 40h/week and straight shifts only - place closes at 6pm!
